What
Aqua Fighting is a battle in water based on a mixture of thaiboxing and kickboxing. It is a type of exercise that at the same time is healty and very fun. While listing to music you kick and stroke in the water. You simply can't advoid losing some weight.
Remember! You do not have to be a good swimmer - You learn to love water.
Who can participate
Aqua Fighting is for everybody who wants a good workout. Aqua Fighting is perfect for people with weight issues and people with light knee injuries. Activities in water are less harmful and can be quite good for people with knee injuries.

The swimmingpool at Gl. Lindholm Skole
When
Mondays at 19.30 - 20.15 (7.30 PM - 8.15 PM)
Remember to be ready and in the water at the start of the session.
